Not showing when no comments

    Hi,

    I have installed latest versionj of wpdiscuz on latest version of WP.

    I use my own custom theme.

    The problem is that I do not see the comment box on all blog posts even though discussion is enabled on them. It shows the box only on some.

    Any ideas?

    Unfortunately its a local test installation.

    is there anything general that i need to check?

    Yes, you can try to check theme settings and customization. I think the issue comes from theme.

    I too facing the same problem. In my theme i just added the following code.

    <?php comments_template(); ?>

    In old version , I had the option to choose the post type like post or page but in latest one 4.0.1 , the option is vanished.

    In my case same site has custom post type, and it is not working for those.

    i solved this , in forms my CPT were not selected.
