Not snowing

Good morning,
I installed WP Super Snow to my site but it is not “snowing.” I deleted and reinstalled it. I reset to default settings. I verified the Jetpack version of “snow” was disabled. I cleared cache and checked again. No luck. I have PHP 5.6.What should I try now?
