    Thanks for reaching out about our plugin! I’m sorry to hear that it’s not working as expected.

    As a first troubleshooting step, I’d like to rule out any conflicts with your theme or other plugins that might be causing this issue:

    • Could you please switch to a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen? If this resolves the problem, it looks like there’s a theme conflict.
    • Next, could you please try disabling all your plugins except for WooCommerce and Extra Product Sorting Options? If this fixes the issue, you can try re-enabling your plugins one by one to find out which one is causing the issue.
