Not status enough to post

  • I can’t post anymore. There is only one user; admin, and when I log in I can’t do anything anymore.
    I checked the database and status is set to 0, which I think it should be for administrator.
    When I try to post something it tells me I don’t have status to do that.
    What can I do?

  • Check the “user_level” – it should be 10. In WP2.0 that row is in user_meta.

    user_status and user_level are two different things. Read again what I wrote.
    Which WP version?

    And I checked wp_user_level is set to 10.
    And it always happens after a day.
    I reinstalled it yesterday again, it worked. I could post and stuff. And now when I try it doesn’t work anymore.
    I don’t even have status to logout. *sigh*

    Removed my swedish language to see what it actually says and this is what it says, whatever I try to do:
    “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
