Not storing customer data when using Stripe

Hi,
My customer has been using this plugin for a while without issue. Recently, he has changed from Paypal to Stripe as a gateway. However, when a sale is processed, no customer details are being stored in the back end. Stripe has indicated that this is because they are not requested by the site at point of sale.
Can you please advise how we can start capturing these details again?

Yes, these steps were followed. The plugin is working and taking payments just not displaying any customer details in the back end. These are needed so the product can be sent to the purchasers. This has also only started happening since the Stripe plugin was activated.
