Can you check the text widget above the enews widget? Looks like there is an extra <form> that may be what’s throwing everything off.

I’m having a similar problem amongst others. The form doesn’t submit either on the top headline bar or the side bar. Also the form on the side bar has strange formatting. The name box is smaller than the email box.
