Not Super Impressed

  • I’ve been using this plugin for about a year. It’s easy to set up and the free version covers all the bases, but the forms are really basic looking. My real complaint, though, is that the plugin just stopped working now. I’m unable to insert the forms I’ve created onto any of the posts or pages on my site. I’ve submitted a help desk ticket, but since the most recent entry I could find on the support page is 8 months old, I’m not holding my breath.

    Support is a top priority for us. I just checked your ticket in our help desk and it looks like it has already been responded to. I’m not totally sure where you were seeing the 8 months ago date since we are responding to support daily from 9-5 MST. If you would like to provide more information about where you were seeing this 8 months ago date, we could hopefully avoid the same confusion for other users.

    The problem you are having sounds indicative of a plugin or theme conflict. If it is a plugin or theme conflict, I would request that you reconsider your review since we have no control over bad code coming from other plugins or themes.

    If you try deactivating other plugins and switch to the WP 2016 theme but you still have the same problem, we would like to help you look into the problem and resolve it. From here, we can continue with your question in our help desk:
