Not supported by WooCommerce?

Hi, I’ve a message stating that my Lifestyle theme doesn’t support WooCommerce, the message reads “Your theme does not declare WooCommerce support”
and goes on to offer a `Theme Integration Guide’ (link below to the guide)

But I’m clueless as to know how to do this. Would there be an upgrade or something which will include this please?

As I would like the shopping cart to appear in my menu bar or somewhere in that area without giving me a sidebar, as I’d like to keep my pages full width please.

Also a search bar would be great in the menu bar too if at all possible please?
