• Hi!

I’m a happy user of your plug-in. Recently I’ve updated my site and now it supports https as well as http. And here we have a little problem. By default the plugin uses http prefix for links.

Is it possible to make a switch that will switch the links generaton between “use blog URL from settings” and “use reference path from root”.

The second option will use the browser ability to use the right address. I mean if the link is something like this “/post/2017/3/cool-plugin” then this solve the problem with https (as well as with http).

    Hi there!

Not sure of this is an issue caused by WPP. WPP uses WordPress’ get_permalink() function to retrieve the URL of your posts & pages, so if the widget is linking to http pages is because WordPress’ tells it to.

Can you please share your site’s URL so I can go take a look?

Edit: Actually, if you pay a visit to my blog (which uses SSL as well) you’ll see that the WPP widget is linking to my posts using HTTPS.

    Hi!

The rest of the site uses / notation and there is no problem with that.

Here is the URI of the site https://blog.kvv213.com
Pay attention that every link ath the site links to https except WPP links.

PS. It is not pure WPP problem but it will be a nice feature.

Thanks for the link, I’ll stop by your site as soon as I can.
