• P/S: Thanks to the theme’s team, they updated the style.css file and the sub-menu is now from RTL

When I opted to buy this theme due to its appealing design and advertised support for RTL languages like Arabic, I found out that it actually didn’t support them. After reaching out to the support team, they kindly sent me an updated version. This version worked partially, but it would freeze in certain sections. I sought further assistance, and they requested my CP details, which I provided despite the risks. They attributed the problem to my server. Changing servers didn’t resolve the issue, and when I asked for the details of a server where the theme worked correctly, I received no response. Additionally, when typing in Arabic in the menu, the text aligns left-to-right instead of right-to-left, contrary to what is expected for RTL languages. There’s also no feature to duplicate sections or customize the content within a section beyond plain text, lacking any formatting capabilities.

Usually, I don’t like to write bad reviews, I believe the support team might be doing great, but the theme has bugs, hope they realize that and provide help in this matter.

I lost 3 of my clients because of this inconvenience, and the theme is still not working as I expected.

    Hello,

    Thanks for using SoftMe theme.
We were already helping you in every possible way in RTL. Every time we do your work and you change the package again and again, the change causes damage.
As we already told you many times there is no problem with RTL, we checked your site by activating many other themes but the problem was on your WordPress site cache.

If you are still getting any problem then we are always ready for your helps.

    Thank you

Which package did I change? its only one package I use, the latest one you sent, Please don’t try to blame the customer, because when you send another package, that means the first one was not supporting RTL as you claimed in your feature. this is very obvious you didn’t deal with RTL language before.

For me, the theme is very limited, you can not customize it as you want, and still, the sub-menus alignment is from LTR, not RTL, I lost clients because of this matter.

its not a fight between a customer and a company, I wrote about what I faced and sent it to you many times, Your answer was the same, I asked you to show me your perfect server, and you didn’t.

so please accept constructive feedback to enhance your product, I didn’t ask refund, because I don’t care about money, I care about the product, if this the way you trat your customers, then no one will get your products.
