Not supporting “?” in German language

    Hey there,

    thanks for the great plugin! Sadly, it fails at the german letter “?”. If that letter is in an headline, it won’t anchor to it. Is that fixable? Thanks!

    Hi,
    I am using Version 4.3.4 together with Toolset.

    In my case the letter “?” seems to be working dependent on whether the whole word or only parts of it are searched for.

    If you search for the whole word like “Verschlei?schutzma?nahmen” it will be found but if I enter only the first part like “Verschlei?” there are no results.

    This is fix in the upcoming 2.0 version release.

    I’m not sure this sounds like it is related to ezTOC.
