    Hi folks,

    I’m just not getting how the weight based shipping works. I don’t understand the form. Just to be clear, at the end of the day, if I order a valve and I live in Miami and have it shipped UPS Ground and the valve weighs 2 lbs will it calculate the shipping cost? A 2 lb. valve shipped to Denver will cost different than one shipped to Miami.

    I understood weight-based to be If I ordered 2 valves each weighing 2 lbs. it would calculate the shipping cost based on that weight. Do I have it wrong or just don’t understand?

    Can you help us understand how to do this with your plugin with any text and screenshots as a example?

    Hi Greg,

    Do you expect the plugin to calculate the correct shipping price automatically? If so, that is not how the plugin works. It has zero knowledge about UPS, USPS, etc.

    The purpose of this plugin is to allow you to define how the shipping price is calculated for your customers by creating rules like “if weight is below 2 lbs, the shipping cost is $10”.
