Not sure if this exists…

I am curious if there is a plugin like this or if this is something reasonably possible with some PHP. I think it would be a BRILLIANT idea to have something like this.

I am envisioning a plugin where you can create [Custom] tags (like many plugins have) and set custom html or php to that [Custom] tag. Here is an example of usage…

I am designing a website for a brewery that is constantly changing the beers they have on tap. Considering the list would be updated frequently, it would be amazing if there was a plugin that would essentially let you have 2 text boxes: one where you would type in [Lager] and the other where you could insert all the html for that to be displayed (i.e. a small table, css style, a link, etc). This would allow for someone with no html knowledge to list simple [Tags] and it would then display publicly with all the nice html and css.

Anything like this? Waste of time? Am I being too lazy of an admin?
