• This use to be a great plugin but multiple errors and zero support have forced me to downgrade.

    I have a support post on here asking a simple question with 8 posts all by me with no reply.

    Yes, I know it’s a free plugin but for something like this can literally break a site I don’t think things like this can go on unnoticed.

    Try updating to the current version 4.1.3 and see if that resolves your issue. That version addresses most if not all of the bugs that users have experienced. If per chance that does not resolve your issue please fill out our iThemes Security Bug form with as much information as possible so that our developers can isolate and fix the bug that you are experiencing and prevent others from experiencing it.
