Not switching to image gallery when selecting colour variation

That is because you choose the option to showcase variations under the Variations.

Hi David, thank you for your prompt reply.
I turned off to show variations under the variations now, and I went to Global-Product Loop – turn ON (was off) and now it is showing the image gallery for each colour.
I though encounter one major issue that i’m not able to solve: he zoom icon that I had on top of each image (corner left down) of the flatsome theme got displaced and is still showing and it appears in my website header menu..how do I make it disappear? could you please help?

Also I lost my wish list icon that I had also on top of the image (right upper corner) from flatsome theme, any idea how I could add a wish list button under “add to cart” button?

In flatsome setting choose to use default product gallery.

Theme settings are not used in product gallery.

In the FAQ I explain the reason.

In dashboard I have went to Flatsome, “theme options” but couldn’t find anything. I also went to “Advanced” in the same menu and do not find it.

Can I see you a print screen, so maybe you could guide me where?

I have went to the site page – customise – product page and then I only have option of Woocommerce image thumbnail with option to change the image size.

The error I have is the zoom icon appearing in the “header” of the website – but only when I am in product page – not when I am in the homepage.

Could you be more specific where should I set the default product gallery?

Just disable the Flatsome Zoom option.

Hi David, thank you for the help. I have done step 1 from the link you sent, ie, “Enable default WooCommerce Product Gallery” option and in fact the zoom button that was misplaced disappeared from the header menu! Though now my product page remains empty with no picture at all…

When I go to the WP dashboard-edit product page- SVI variations gallery, I see that there is a “default gallery” in blue which says: ” Use this option to assign a default gallery to be displayed. All other images will be hidden until match occours” – should I fill this part instead?
Anyhow I tried clicking here but nothing happens.

The option shows inside the dropdown to be choosen the same way you choose a variation.

Well if the gallery is not showing my guess is that you have something else (option?) messing things up.

I assure you flatsome is compatible but I cant guess what’s up with the options you choose :/

I had already assigned the product gallery for each colour attribute and I follow the video tutorial from the plug in page.
The pictures are still there in each of the colour galeries.

I am just sharing that after the “assign images to” select attribute box and BEFORE EACH ATTRIBUTE GALLERY there is the following texts which I think are from SVI:

“Default Gallery” Use this option to assign a default gallery to be displayed. All other images will be hidden until match occours.

PRO VERSION OPTIONS:
SVI GlobalUse this variation to assign global images to be showed in all variations.

after these are the 2 product galeries under each colour attribute which I already assigned with the respective pictures.
My question is: should it be anything under “default gallery”?
Because I am unable to know what is the problem, because I have not enable/ disable anything else since I am not familiar with coding. I just limited myself to apply exactly what is said in the video.
