Not sync variables

Please enable debug logging under Marketing > Facebook on your site.

You will find the log under WooCommerce > Status > Logs – look in the dropdown for the Facebook log, then click View. This should give more information as to what’s happened with these variations.

We’ve recently discovered that due to users disconnecting Off-Facebook Activity on their personal Facebook accounts, pre-existing Facebook Business Extension installations were disconnected from their accounts. For reference, Off-Facebook Activity enables people to see a summary of the information that businesses, apps and websites share with Facebook, and disconnect that information from their account.

We suspect your account is also affected by this uninstall of Facebook Business Extension. Can you please try the following and check if that helps?

* Deactivate and delete Facebook for WooCommerce from the site.
* Download and install the Facebook for WooCommerce extension where you will see the set-up screen to reconnect to your Facebook account when opening the app.
* After opening the plugin, click through the step-by-step flow to login with your Facebook credentials, and reselect the Facebook Business Manager and other Facebook assets you previously synced with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.
* Click through all asset selection steps until you have completed the setup flow.

Let us know how that goes.

Okay so there is a notice saying:

Catalog has an existing Data Source that can not be used by this application

Could you please a screenshot of your catalog data source screen, like the below example?

You need to go to your catalog page, possibly you will need to choose the Business Manager first where the catalog is located, and then click on Data sources.

It seems the last plugin reset didn’t disconnect assets properly so you might need to remove the data sources on the catalog and start the reconnection as advised previously.

Thanks for sending us those screenshots.

Can you back up your site and make sure that WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce are completely updated? I see that you’re running outdated versions for both.

Once updated, can you try to manually Update Feed and let us know how the reports come back?
