Not synchronizing with Jetpack contact form

I skipped “Contact Sync” on setup and now cannot get CreativeMail to sync with my Jetpack form. I’ve reset and deactivated CM but it is not solving the issue.
If I click the Jetpack icon on “Plugins we also support” it brings up a modal window to add a new plugin.
Looking for a solution. TIA
PS This is a multisite install. CM not network active, but site specific.

Hi @markmelch, thank you for contacting Creative Mail. You can activate the contact sync from Jetpack contact form by doing the following. On the WordPress admin page, under the Creative Mail menu, you will find settings. On that page you can click “Jetpack Forms” and click save. That will initiate the sync process (it may take up to an hour to sync the contacts).
