    Hi,
    I can’t get orders (or promo codes) to sync to mailchimp. I was able to manually press the sync button, but now it has disappeared.

    The status screen says that it is connected to mailchimp and to the list inside of it, but nothing gets synced anylonger.

    I have verified that Postman and the options.php store id-s are the same, i have added &resync=1 to the sync pages and pressed the button, I see in the log underneath the graph in the Mailchimp API that mailhimp is getting calls (see https://www.evernote.com/l/ACwrljyPLxdLdbE5K2l3YEIXlgyjjwInTLg), but still the plugin says Products synced:0, orders synced:0. Also in Mailchimp, nothing happens with the selected list.

    Perhaps not entirely related, but inside of mailchimp, I don’t get a dynamic list of all the promo codes that are indeed setup inside WooCommerce.

    I deleted the plugin, created a new API, new list… still the same problem. I know that it is a free plugin and that Mailchimp is free up to 2000 contacts, but with the time I’ve spent trying to solve this, it is definitely not a “free” solution.

    – Who is your hosting provider?
    – Do you have any caching services running e.g. Cloudflare?

    Hi @thomasnorden, I just wanted to reach back out to see if you were still having sync issues. If so, we’ve recently found that some folks might have a non-expired lock which needs to be removed; it’s the http_worker_lock site transient. Not 100% sure if that’s your issue, but you might want to try seeing if you can delete that particular site transient and then refresh the page to re-enable the queue.

    Since it’s been a few weeks, I’m going to go ahead and close this out. Don’t hesitate to get back in touch if you’re still having trouble.
