i rememeber I had a separate plugin for product feed and I had this google listing without realising it. so I deleted both, tried to start from scratch. I end up deleting all product feed from merchant centre and I deleted [api] in the google product feed section of the merchant centre. I went to do whole process again with this plugin.
About 2 days ago, I thought it was working but it’s not. today I had to disconnect all goole account from the plugin and restart.

I understand I have to wait 1-2 days for it to appear. Am I missing something? I went to setting in google merchant centre and I click on API. There wasnt’ any api so I created one. Not sure if that helps.

also, if you want, the status of my woocommerce, please let me know. I prefer to send it privately.

    Cheers

  • Hi @grand-master-sensei,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce Plugin Support. I understand you are having trouble with syncing your products with Google Listings & Ads.

Based on your description, it sounds like you have followed the steps to set up your accounts, claim and verify your website, choose your audience, and configure your product listings as explained in the Google Listings & Ads Documentation. However, you may have encountered some issues with the product feed or the API.

Here are some possible solutions that you can try:

    • Check your product feed status in the Product Feed tab of the Google Listings & Ads plugin. You can see if there are any account issues or product issues that need to be resolved. For example, you may need to add some missing required product data, such as GTIN, MPN, or brand.
    • Make sure that your products meet the eligibility requirements for free listings and Google Ads. Some product types, such as subscription products, are not supported by the plugin. You can also check the supported countries and currencies for free listings and Google Ads.
    • Try to resync your products with Google by going to the Product Feed tab of the plugin and clicking on the Sync and show products button. This will force the plugin to update your product data with Google and show you the current status of your products.

If none of these solutions work, please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support. You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation. We hope to hear from you soon and resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

    Hi

Thank you for reply. Just want to let you know initially, everything was working before. I had to delete both of the google plugin (Listing and ads) as well other plugin – https://woo.com/products/google-product-feed/ since it was confusing because it was showing both product feeds. the third party plugin, i had to install and fetch the feed myself.

Since i’ve deleted both, and wanted only this plugin to work, i thought i should give this one a try.

Please see attached on the product feed tab:

Also, I’ve tried all of them from the suggestions above. I’m not sure about this whole API thing. Again, I’ve deleted in the shipping or i think it was in the product feed in google merchant centre.

    Here is the woocommerce status:

    Hey, @grand-master-sensei!

Please navigate to this setting: example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (making sure to replace example.com with your own domain).

Head to the product sync section at the bottom and click Sync All Products with Google Merchant Center

    Link to image: https://snipboard.io/K4mzNM.jpg

That will sync all your products to GMC or it can return an error at the top of the page, if there is an error please let us know. If you can share a screenshot of the error, that would be great!

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hi @grand-master-sensei,

I’m sorry to hear you received a critical error on your site.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes)

The error message you’re seeing indicates that your website has exhausted its allocated memory limit. This often happens when a plugin, a theme, or a script exhausts the default memory limit.

To resolve this issue, you can try increasing the PHP memory limit of your WordPress. You can do this by editing the wp-config.php file in your WordPress installation directory. Add the following line of code at the bottom:

    define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);

This will increase your PHP memory limit to 256MB. If the error persists, you can try increasing the limit to a higher value.

also, just wondering if i need to this everytime if i have new products that i’ve added.

You only need to perform the shared steps once and products will automatically sync. However, if by any chance the products stop syncing, you can try the steps again to see if that solves the issue.

    Thanks.
