Hi @claudiagordo, Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out. Just to get a handle on the situation you’re experiencing, could you provide a few more pieces of information to help us understand the issue?

-What plugin version are you using?
-Are you on a shared hosting plan?
-If you’re using SiteGround, can you check to see if you’ve hit your daily CPU limit after initiating the sync?
-What PHP version are you using and what is the memory limit is set to?
-Is there any logging errors in the plugin’s logs tab (when it’s set to standard or debug)?
-Do you have any caching plugins or services running?
-Have you tried a fresh uninstall or reinstall?

Thanks in advance for these details. I’ll keep an eye out for your reply.

Thanks for the follow-up info @claudiagordo. On the sync tab, do you see any “orders synced” numbers along with a “Resync” button? If not, can you turn on the debug logs, save and see if anything comes through?

I can see 5 products and 5 orders sync but not a resync button.I have turned on the debug logs but I’don’t know how to read if a problem esxits.

    Thanks ??

Is there any chance can I export the orders and submitted to Mailchimp? It can be an alternative. Thanks ??

@claudiagordo it sounds like your store is still in a syncing state. On initial sync, the plugin relies on web traffic to execute everything correctly. If your website doesn’t receive a lot of traffic, you will want to open up a new browser tab and enter <yoururl.com>/wp-json/mailchimp-for-woocommerce/v1/queue/work/force. This URL will force the sync to execute.

Let us know if that moves up the counts and finishes things up. Also, to your last question, you could export (some) data manually, but it wouldn’t include the e-commerce information for the subscriber.

I have the same issue. I tried the

    <yoururl.com>/wp-json/mailchimp-for-woocommerce/v1/queue/work/force

I see success but processed 0. Is that normal?

@simonduchaine it is normal to have success: true and processed: 0. That means that there are no new jobs in the queue.
