• I am using version 1.8.1 of OSTicket and the latest version of this plugin and wordpress. I cannot get the plugin to create a ticket. It says that it created one and distributes the emails with a ticket number, but never creates one in OSTicket. I have tried both the plugin on a fresh copy of WP, and a fresh copy of OSTicket with it’s one database, and one with a shared DB with wordpress with the same outcome. It is seeing the OSTicket database because it is pulling the current open tickets to display in WP. However, they don’t seem to be syncing with the current wordpress users email account. For example, say Joe is logged in to WP and his email address is [email protected], for some reason he is seeing all of the open tickets for [email protected]… Any ideas?
