Not syncing to WP Media Foldlers

First support post, I feel special.

I set up folders in LR with collections under them like the screenshots here and have tried publishing every which way I can think of but it just sends them to the root media folder on wp.
I have
Weddings (folder in LR and folder in WP)
–Buckner (collection in Weddings on LR and sub folder of Weddings folder on wp)
Still dumps everything into root.
I’ve also tried it without Buckner sub folder in WP.

Is this normal or am I missing something?

I’m on trial/free but will probably buy even without the sync/publish to folders feature. Easy enough to just publish one collection at a time and then go to wp and drag those into a wp media folder. Having them publish to the proper folder would be extra super duper though. I see it does replublish after editing even if they’ve been moved to another wp media folder, since the folders are virtual so that’s good. This is for a client so I wanted to test first so I can tell her how it works. I did purchase WP Media Folders from joomunited since it’s usable on unlimited sites but I have no reason personally to buy or subscribe to Adobe CC/LR so I’m on the 7 day trial of that for testing.
