Not syncing with Sign Up Sheets

    Trying to figure out how I get the sign up sheet plug in to “see” my positions from the member directory in the drop down box on the “create a new sheet” page. I have positions in my member directory plug in but they are not reflected in the sign up sheet. Thank you!

    Did you enable the integration in the Integration Settings section in the Sign Up Sheets plugin? You need to enable the integration first, as well as set the pages for the contact form and the member directory.

    Thank you for your response. Yes, I do have the integration enabled. What are you referring to with regards to setting the pages for the contact form? Sorry for the questions….. Thank you!

    Read the “Integration Settings” section.

    The settings to specify those pages are on the same page where you enable the integration. In the Volunteer Signup Sheets plugin settings, in the Integration Settings section.

    Ok I have added the short codes to my particular pages (one for sign up sheet, one for the member directory) however I can’t select those pages on the integration settings. In your documentation it sounds like I should be able to select from a drop down or am I crazy? This is all very new to me so I apologize if this is a stupid question. I have the checkbox for “Enable PTA Member Directory” and then the next item says “member directory page:” and after that I don’t have the ability to choose rather it says “The member directory page where you put the shortcode [pta_member_directory]”

    I’m sure I am missing something very simple, but I can’t get it to give me a choice of pages.

    OK… maybe it’s not obvious, but have you created any members and assigned them to positions yet?
    I haven’t used this plugin for a long time myself, but it’s still working just fine on my development system.
    However, only positions with some members assigned are going to show up in the drop down select box for the signup sheet. The plugin needs to retrieve some email addresses from members with the selected position to save them in that field (contact info is required). So, if you have not yet created any members for any positions yet, then nothing is going to show there.

    I would like to unsubscribe from this topic.
    I just don’t see an option here. Please help
