Not taking access code

    I’m trying to switch my tracking over to a new Google account. When I input hte Access Code it gives me this error?

    Hi there,
    You need to go to analytics.google.com and sign your Google account up for Google Analytics (not enabled by default for new Google accounts) and also set up your first property (the one for the website you are using). Google will walk you through this when you go to the above url. After that’s done you’ll be able to authenticate
