Not taking Credits

    I have subscriptions and memberships. A user buys a subscription for 30 day and then buys a membership that allows 15 downloads per month. All works but the credits do not get taken off each time he downloads a product, in my case a photo. The credits stay the same a 15, anyone have any help? thx
