• Firstly the support – excellent. Friendly and highly responsive, couldn’t ask more. A person who needs these services isn’t always confident in asking for help; I feel Userway understands that.
    Full accessibility compliance is expensive, no way around that. Its probably cheaper to rebuild to WCAG guidelines and scan the result; and as some have said, it doesn’t fix everything. However, for a free widget, what it fixes is fixed well, and that is according to those who have to use it.
    What Userway does is give an awareness of how much there is to do and how easy it is to slip. It gives a platform on which to build self-discipline in site development which was completely absent a fairly small number of years ago.
    For being able to steer developers in the right direction, I consider the rating here well deserved.
