Not Tracking

This service is not tracking. I followed all of the previous recos on this support. I’m using the correct tracking code, I checked ‘site area’ and it doesn’t apply, it’s in the source code. There’s no ‘https’ or any ‘variation’ of the URL on the page.

I actually didn’t expect it to work on my platform, which is not wordpress, but it’s working just fine on another site with the same platform, so I’m not sure what’s going on. The page that I’m tracking is this one:
