Not Tracking Sales

A bug was reported two weeks ago regarding some or all events not being recorded. However, this issue has been fixed in the latest version of the extension.

Could you please check if you’re using the most up-to-date version?

If so, then please attach a copy of your site’s system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.

Hi,

May I ask can you update your WordPress, WooCommerce, and your database versions? If it is not possible to update them in the live site, you can create a staging site, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site. Once created, you can update all to the latest versions and try again to check if the issue persists.

Does that make a difference? Keep us posted.

We’ve updated our version of WordPress and WooCommerce. The issue still persists. Any further help would be greatly appreciated.

To clarify, was WooCommerce Google Analytics updated as well (Latest version at the date is 1.8.0)? I am asking because I’ve seen other threads saying that after updating the plugin the issue is not present and the sales even are recorded properly. Please update WooCommerce Google Analytics, and let us know if that makes a difference.
