I created a couple of test products to test my payment gateways before putting the site live, I can see these transactions have come through in GA, however yesterday, I had one purchase made on the site and I cannot see the revenue or the count of this purchase in GA.
The only thing, I can think that is different is that the sold product is a variable product and the test ones were Simple products.

Can you assist in why this might not be working? Is it a setting I have missed perhaps?

Judging from what I can see in the code, variable products should get tracked. Where is the site hosted and are you using Universal Analytics: https://cld.wthms.co/rXeOiO

Other than that in order for the tracking to work your customer must get redirected back to a thank you page on your site. If the payment gateway for the variable product did not do this, then this is why it was not tracked.

Thanks @conschneider for getting back to me.

I have both boxes ticked as per your screenshot.
Looking at the journeys, both variable and simple products follow the same journey of being directed to PayPal and returning back to the merchants’s site to a confirmation/thank you page.

Can you think of any other reason why this may not track?

Too much testing can get in the way. Does it work when you do a test purchase via an incognito / private browser session?

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
