I am using Woocommerce membership for teams plugin where a member can have one or multiple teams to manage. If the user has only 1 team, the plugin url goes directly into the team details although when a user has multiple teams, the endpoint URL goes to the teams listing. This plugin manages the word team (singular) and teams (plural) respectively translated in French as Groupe and Groupes.
    ISSUE:
In the context where there is only 1 team, in the user account, when clicking on “Groupe” (singular) the URL does not converts the %2F into “/” . This issue is not applicable for the plural version which works fine.
It is also very important to mention that all the other URLs work perfectly well. This is not a generalized issue. It ONLY applies to this particular URL. If we manually add the “/” in the URL, everything works perfectly as well.
Finally, one other important thing to mention: If WPML plugin is DEACTIVATED, this issue no longer appears and everything works fine.
I have uploaded 2 pictures to show you.
    WHen did this issue happen?
This issue is new because it was working well back in January. There has been numerous modifications in translations and plugin updates since then and I am not able to see what caused it to happen. If I deactivate all the plugins, there is only WPML that is identified as the problem.

Is there any documentation that you are following? This question is converted into “What have you tried to fix the issue ?”
    1. maybe there is an error in one of the translations: I have removed all the translations from the FTP site including all the JSON files. not successful.
    2. Rest API is activated
    3. Memory size is low (40M) but all the other translations work perfectly.
    4. I have uninstalled the complete plugin and reinstalled it. Not successful.
    5. I have read numerous forum topics and tried most of them such as https://wpml.org/errata/woocommerce-endpoints-result-in-404-error/
    https://wpml.org/errata/wcml-permalink-bases-containing-slashes-are-incorrectly-encoded/
    . Not successful.

Is there a similar example that we can see?
You will need to be logged in on my website to see this issue since there is only one link not working. You can refer to the pictures I have attached.

What is the link to your site?
I will give you my staging site link in private so you will be able to test once I give you the access.
