Not Unlimited Free

  • Go to sendpress website. They charge. Who every I read for the other newsletter plugin MailPoet, and said this one was free unlimited emails is wrong. I did not even have to install the plugin to see that. Darn email marketing companies charge an arm and a leg to use a newsletter on the website.

  • They don’t charge for your database, whereas MailPoet charge you (very expensive) if your database exceed 2000 subscribers. Avoid Mailpoet.
    There is another very cool plugin that does the job very well. It’s simply called Newsletter and has more than 1 000 000 downloaders with 5 stars reviews ??

    @michael Bryner: I think you must be confused. SendPress is a free plugin. It has premium modules, like custom templates, advanced reports and custom SMTP. In the free version, you don’t have a send limit. So, it’s not crippled or anything.

    You have to realize that sending newsletters is not an easy task, specially in common hosting environments. This plugins involve a lot of work and support. It’s just fair that advanced functions are made into pro modules, for advanced users.
