Not up to expectation and no support

I guess there is no reviews because no one knows what to say. The theme layout is very good but it’s lacking support or explanation on how to accomplish certain things. There is a problem with the TSW plugin that they say is needed, error message that says that it cannot be installed, pdf does not seem to work and the sidebar (not the widget sidebar, that works fine) does not give you the option to add images… Disappointing. Just a few things left to do and ran into this problem. Feel like I wasted my time and may have to find a different theme… ??

Also, the author cannot be contacted, say what now?????
