Not updating

Hi the widget on this website doesn’t appear to be updating with new reviews/ratings. There has been a new review for over a week and it is not showing even though we have set it to only cache for 12 hours, and we’ve cleared all WP/Cloudflare/browser caches. Reconnecting the widget also has not updated it. Please advise how to resolve? Thanks
