Not updating feeds?

We’re using this to bring feeds from other sites onto our blog.
It worked like a charm showing what we wanted.
Only issue is the feeds are not updating.
Some of the feeds have new info and none of it is pulled onto our sites.
How do we get the news items to refresh?
