Not updating the feeds

  • Guys, this widget is not updating its contents.

    I’m using my WordPress Feed; asd.com/category/cat/feed…
    When I update a post, or delete, or delete all posts; widget is not updating its content. Even if I reload the page.

    A helping hand, please?
