    Hello.
    I have always liked this plugin but here I have a problem that I’ve nerver faced before.

    I have linked Google drive to a new udraftplus install. But after some backup I don’t see anything on my Google drive. The worst part: nothing is deleted on the server…

    Why…? What’s the problem.

    I don’t know if it’s relevant but the Google drive was also connected to another updraft backup from an another website.

    Help?

    Hi,

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the backup log?
    This log can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus dashboard.
    If you cannot access the UpdraftPlus dashboard, then you can find the log file in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory via FTP or your hosts’ file manager.

    I see there this : “No remote despatch: user chose no remote backup service” more than one time… it’s strange: I linked 2 times already and gave the authorisation by Google.

    What could block the link between Google and updraft?


    EDIT: I have delete all paramters and configuration, uninstalled – reinstalled the plugin, linked with google drive (give the authorization, tell google it was indeed me, a udpraft folder was created in google drive) but nope: doesnt work. Always this line in the new log: “No remote despatch: user chose no remote backup service”

    Hi,

    It looks like GoogleDrive has not been selected for your scheduled backups, in the Settings tab, you you click on Google Drive so that it goes blue rather than Grey as in this screenshot: https://snipboard.io/mOiJ9v.jpg

    and then when your next scheduled backup runs, send us the log?

    @vupdraft Hello. I resolved this problem like this: I simply have set a new account Google => no more problem. Strange
