Not Uploading completely

    I am using Import users from CSV to upload into Ultimate Member. My list has 249 contacts. After the initial upload, I am taken to the page “Ready to registers”. It shows all 249, with 4 red contacts saying those 4 are dupes. Ok. When I then click “Process finished you can go here to see results” at the bottom of the page, it only imports 143 actually became users?

    I’m only using 1st names as user names – is the system thinking those are also dupes?

    Not sure, I will need to see an example of the CSV.

    Thank you. After I thought about my own question, I decided to test my thought about it reading duplicates. Indeed, that was the problem. I changed the user_login to their emails. Since all of those are unique, the program imported all 249.
