not uploading content – how to reset theme

Hello, I installed and activated starter theme Music band and deleted all the pages which come from the site. Then I realized I would like to keep some of them and now when I activate the theme, they do not upload anymore. How can I get the demo content to the site again? I tried to delete all plugins, I have no pages on my site now and I delete the Neve theme and installed it again, but nothing helps, content is not here.
