I tried the first website feed from above and the feed looks like this on my website – https://prntscr.com/lj0gga.

The shortcode should look like this: https://prntscr.com/lj0gmw.

Can you try with this Feed URL – https://petapixel.com/feed/?

I do not know what that first link is. None of those I posted.

Of course I used petapixel.com/feed before. It does not work properly.
It shows only text. Also the feed that used to work most of the time – https://monovisions.com/feed/ – only shows text today.
That is the oscillating effect I spoke of: works, works not….

BTW: In widgets there is no shortcode.

the images are available here – https://nimb.ws/L0uViW for the feed https://monovisions.com/feed/. Let me know if you have used a widget somewhere else. Is there cache enabled on the website? Maybe because of that, you are not able to see the images there.

The widget works the same way as a shortcode. Update: the image is showing for both widget and shortcode. Please make sure any other active plugin is not conflicting.

After a lot of testing and flushing caches and whatnot I am sure the issue is caused by uBlock Origin. Not an obvious thing though. Not eben whitelisting my own page did help. But there is a setting for “cosmetic filters”. Disabling that and – tadaa! – the images show up in the feed.
