Not using Cover image from settings page in feed

Hi there,

For iTunes and Overcast the feed seems to be working fine. But then I added the feed URL to Pocket Cast, and it picked up our company logo from the website.
After examining the feed on this url nptechprojects.org/podcast/feed I find

What am i missing?
