Not using permalinks, so can I add a new URL?

    My blog is currently at https://readytostart.rowan.tincan.co.uk and I’m not using permalinks, so URLs are just like /?p=430 etc

    I’d like to make the URL readytostart.mysite.org, so have created an A record on readytostart.mysite.org to point to the site. Will post URLs like readytostart.mysite.org/?p=430 automatically work?

    I read the help doc about changing the URL, but that seems to apply to moving sites. Mine is staying in the same place, but pointing a different URL to it.
