Ok, it might be worth clearing your cache there, or even disabling it temporarily.

Exactly the same problem here. I can confirm it is not a cache issue. Used WP Fastest Cache and after clearing it persisted.

Switched to W3 Total Cache, still persists.

error message while trying the redirection from admin panel (Spanish config):

Esperado: 301 a https://www.profesionalonline.com

Encontrado: 200

Agente: No uso la redirección

It is configured in the same way as other redirections which are working fine.
