I am using API from my Mad Mimi Account, everything works fine, with the Mad Mimi widget.
I can select lists, register, etc. I have been using this for awhile. I like your plugin and i want to purchase Pro version, but i seems can not validate my Mad Mimi API. I checked with the server provider, server shouldn’t be a problem. Changed API, but still have this Red Dot:)

    Hello there,

Since this is a support forum for Optin Cat for MailChimp and you’re referring to OPtin Cat for MadMimi, I would like to ask if you are with the correct plugin i.e. MadMimi Forms by Optin Cat downloadable here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/mad-mimi-wp/ and are putting your MadMimi email and API key in the correct plugin.

If you are on the correct plugin, please make sure you are using the correct email address for your MadMimi account since we’ve found that this is also the issue sometimes.

Please get back to us with this information and we’ll see what we can do nex to assist you with this.

    Thanks.

    Hello there,

Since we have had no other reports of this issue from other users so far and I was not able to replicate this issue in m local installation of WordPress, this seems to be an issue unique to your installation.

Most likely a conflict is occurring between Optin Cat and your currently active theme or other active plugins.

We need to find out what is causing the conflict in order to be able to sort out the issue.

To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.

    1. First please deactivate all plugins except Optin Cat and see if the issue persists.
    2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to see if the issue returns.
    3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.

    Head here for detailed instructions:
    https://fatcatapps.com/knowledge-base/search-for-conflicts/

If you find a conflict with a plugin or theme, please tell the name of the conflicting software and also try to contact the author of the plugin/theme to see if they can fix it.

    Thanks.

Well it is all sounds lovely, can i test it on localhost copy of my site? or needs to be on domain?
because on my local it gives me this: “Notice: Undefined index: @attributes in /…/…/wp-content/plugins/mad-mimi-wp/providers/madmimi/functions.php on line 33”

    Maybe this will help you?

    Hello there,

I would recommend searching for following the troubleshooting steps in your online site since that is the one having an issue.

Also, the error you gave was a completely new error which may not be related to your current issue and would require troubleshooting on its own.

Since we provide support only for online sites and not a test environment, I would suggest searching for conflicts on your online site.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks.
