not verifying reCAPTCHA tokens

Hello,
i get this message from google “We detected that your site is not verifying reCAPTCHA tokens. Please see?our developer site?for more information: https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/verify#api-request” However on our extension recaptcha keys are properly set.

what can be the problem and How do i fix this ?
