Not very usable

This plugin is just about usable by embedding short codes from the page editor but its really not a very usable plugin. Forms is a great product and I would have expected a much richer experience linking forms in to pages, with customisation capability directly from WordPress given how prevalent it is on the web.
Come on Zoho – pick up the game on this one please.
