Not visible in the back-end admin menu

Hi all

I’ve installed the plugin on a new wordpress site.
Which is build with divi (don’t know if it’s important).
But the plugin is not visible in the menu.

So i can’t access it.

Somebody has the same problem and how can i fix this?
I’ve deactivated, deleted, … the plugin and reinstalled it.
But with no solution.
