    Hi,

    I’m just getting started here, and I’m really excited about the plugin. We are going to use it to provide a directory of preferred professional contacts to our clients for referrals.

    I plan on purchasing a paid template to get the search functionality, but I am just trying to get familiar with some of the basics first. I set up a few test entries (initially setting them to private). They looked good when I was logged in, but when visiting the page from an incognito window (not logged in) it simply displayed “No Results”. I expected this, as they were set to private; however, now that I’ve changed the entries to be public, my directory page still displays the same “No Results” message when I am not logged in.

    I’m sure I am missing something basic, but any guidance would be appreciated.

    If you are using page caching, either by a plugin or web host service, you will need to clear the page cache. I hope this helps, please let me know.

    Oh wow, thanks Steven. It was actually as easy as clearing the cache in my browser. Your plugin and support seem exceptional. I’ll be purchasing a template soon and look forward to building out this resource on our page.
