Not What It Seems!

With complete respect to the owners of UM. The latest update is completely destroying the time and energy small business owners put into the development of a website.

I say this not out of disrespect but; I’ve STRUGGLED to understand the point of paying so much for extensions that don’t work. After perhaps 3-4 emails going back and forth with support I was encouraged to update to 2.0. Still problematic issues, this time the Woocommerce extension did not work. I have to update licenses, again. Reinstall again.

Let me put it this way.

The idea and framework for UM is great. In practice it is a complicated membership plugin that shoots itself in the foot.
