    Would you please share if the sequential order numbers are working in some parts of your site or if all instances of order numbers are still using the non-sequential order ID? If only certain areas are encountering the issue, would you please share which areas of your site are using the wrong order number?

    where can i set postfix, it’s seems plugin option is mission im on WP 5.3.2

    Can you please send more details as to which plugin option you are referring to? Sequential Order Numbers does not have settings, it simply starts creating the order numbers from the start of the highest order number prior to its activation.
