    Greetings,

You have an UPDATE to Wp Slice and it is NOT listed as 100% compatiable with the lastest WordPress. In fact, when I updated it your plugin, which I paid for, crashed my website. So, you need to validate your plugin updates so they are compatible before you release an update. In fact, it even states on the update the compatibility is “unknown”. This NOT a way to release updates as you should TEST them before you release them.

    Hey @pabernathy,

Thank you for reaching out! Also, I’m really sorry you’re having issues with SliceWP!

Can you please let me know the exact error you’ve encountered?

WordPress 6.3.1 was released on the 29th of August and ever since we’ve been testing the plugin regularly.

We have not faced any issues. Neither on our development machines or our own website where we test new versions prior to official releases.

Also, considering that we don’t have any other reports about this issue from our users, I believe that the error you’ve experienced is isolated.

If you can share with me the exact error, I can track down the issue and help you solve the incompatibilities you’re facing.

Also, considering that you’re a customer, you can always contact us directly from our website (here: https://slicewp.com/contact/) and our support team will assist you.

    Thank you and best wishes,

    Mihai

    Hey @jeffreyon,

I’m not sure if you’re the same person as @pabernathy, or if the issue @pabernathy was experiencing is the same as the one you’re seeing.

If you are a different person, I recommend opening another support topic on these forums or contact us via our website (here: https://slicewp.com/contact/). I also recommend describing in as much detail as possible the issue you’re having, including screenshots of the settings you’ve set in SliceWP and the errors you’re seeing.

I’m asking this just to make sure we don’t diverge from @pabernathy’s initial issue on this topic. I hope that you can understand this.

    Thank you and best wishes,

    Mihai
